** Anti-obesity prescription medication is only available to qualifying patients. A medical assessment is used to determine qualification. For non-qualifying patients, other weight management services are available. Medical weight-loss medications include GLP-1s, phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira), and appetite suppressants. The cost of weight-loss medication is not included in your wellness plan.
